Dosage

A general recommendation is 1-2ml per day (20 drops total). Each 50ml bottle consists of 1000 drops of ultrasonic assisted, dual extracted Turkey Tail mushroom liquid supplement. 

For chronic conditions, one can double or triple the recommended daily dosage.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on chronic medication, please consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use prior to any surgery without consulting with your doctor.

Usage

 

Shake slightly before use and squeeze 20 drops directly onto your tongue or into a beverage of your choice.

You can consume with water, in coffee, tea, smoothies or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.

At the recommended daily dosage, your bottle will supply you for up to 50 days! No need to take a break in between dosage days.
