Dosage

A general recommendation is 1ml, twice per day (40 drops total per day). Each 50ml bottle contains 1000 drops.

For chronic conditions, one can double or triple the recommended daily dosage.

Usage

Shake slightly before use and squeeze 20 drops directly onto your tongue or into a beverage of your choice.

You can consume with water, in coffee, tea, smoothies or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.

At the recommended daily dosage, your bottle will supply you for up to 50 days! No need to take a break in between dosage days.
